Q.What is included with an order with Buffalo Audiobook?
A.The rental includes delivery and pickup of your phone, complimentary audio guestbook sign and frame, and keepsake USB.
Q.How long is the rental period?
A.Our standard rental period is 8 hours . Pickup time is 8pm but if additional time is required, we can pick up at 10 pm same day for an additional $25. You may book overnight or additional days for an additional amount.
Q.Is there a minimum deposit?
A.50% of your total is due at booking with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event. You may make any size payment up into 7 days prior to your event. You will receive complimentary reminders and a follow up call, to review your order and delivery details.
Q.How far in advance should I book my rentals?
A.We recommend booking as soon as you have your event date to ensure the availability of your preferred items. Popular items can get booked quickly, especially during peak event seasons.
Q.Do you offer setup and breakdown services?
A.Each rental only includes drop-off, customer self-service, and pickup. We do offer design and styling services including both setup and breakdown, services for an additional fee. If you are looking for a hassle-free experience, inquire about our customizable services today.
Q.When do I get the USB with audio recordings?
A.You will receive your keepsake USB at pickup, once all of the items delivered are received. The USB must be given to the purchasing customer and signed off that it was received. If the purchasing customer is not available, the USB will be mailed to the address on record.
Q.What if an item gets damaged during my event?
A.While we understand accidents happen, clients are responsible for any damages or loss during the rental period. Fees for damages will vary based on the item's replacement or repair cost. Optional coverage will be offered at checkout for your peace of mind.
Q.Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
A.We aim to offer flexibility. Changes can be made up to one week before your event, subject to availability. Please reach out as soon as you know of any adjustments.
